Frederick Joseph Scuncio, III, of Harrisville, passed away on June 4th, surrounded by family. He was married to Ann (Bucci) Scuncio for 52 years. Born in Providence, he was the son of the late Frederick J. Jr. and Catherine Scuncio. Frederick dedicated 35 years to working for the State of Rhode Island and owned Scuncio Sheet Metal. He also served honorably in the Rhode Island National Guard for 22 years. Frederick enjoyed hunting, golfing, attending New England Patriots games, wintering in Florida, and supporting his grandchildren’s sporting events. He is survived by his wife Ann, two daughters Kerri Allard and Kristen Lescault (and her husband Aaron), five grandchildren—Samuel, Harrison, Grace, and twins Hayden and Hunter—along with his brother Anthony, sisters Beverly and his twin Maria, and numerous nieces and nephews. His life was marked by long service, family devotion, and a passion for sports and outdoor activities.
Frederick Joseph Scuncio, III, residente de Harrisville, falleció el jueves 4 de junio, rodeado de sus seres queridos. Tenía 52 años de matrimonio con su esposa Ann (Bucci) Scuncio. Nacido en Providence, era hijo de Frederick J. Scuncio, Jr. y Catherine (Popolo) Scuncio, ambos ya fallecidos. Scuncio trabajó durante 35 años para el Estado de Rhode Island y fue propietario de la empresa Scuncio Sheet Metal. Además, sirvió honorablemente en la Guardia Nacional de Rhode Island durante 22 años. Entre sus pasatiempos se encontraban la caza, el golf, asistir a partidos de los New England Patriots, pasar los inviernos en Florida y apoyar a sus nietos en sus eventos deportivos. Además de su esposa, le sobreviven sus dos hijas, Kerri Allard y Kristen Lescault, y su esposo Aaron, así como sus cinco nietos: Samuel, Harrison, Grace y los gemelos Hayden y Hunter.
